If you aren't eligible for a library card, there are other ways to use this library. Ask a librarian if you have any questions about eligibility or how to use your library card.
These groups can get a library card:
- Judges and staff of the Wisconsin Court System
- Tribal judges and court staff
- Municipal judges in Wisconsin
- Wisconsin legislators and legislative staff
- Federal, state, and local government employees in Wisconsin
- Attorneys licensed in Wisconsin and in good standing
- Staff of Wisconsin attorneys (authorization required)
- Wisconsin librarians in a law, public, academic, or school library

Registrations or account updates are processed within 2-3 business days. Fill out the application below, or print a form to email or mail in to any library location. Email completed forms to wsll.circ@wicourts.gov.
